The personnel making up the various elements of Zalia Properties have brought with them a wealth of experience in the fields of property negotiations, development, estate registration, and fiscal and legal matters as applicable to Spain.

Zalia Properties was formed by a group of Spanish and English friends, all of whom were employed by, or partners in, estate agencies or building contractors operating in Costa del Sol. As such, they decided to pool their expertise and form an estate agency catering for the needs and protecting the interests of northern Europeans coming to Spain.

Zalia Properties (Zalia being the name of the Moorish castle that overlooks these offices) is an integral element of Promociones Zaila S.L., a property development company of some thirty years experience in Andalucia region. Our primary function is to promote Zaila S.L. sales and at the same time facilitate the resale of other properties in the local area. Our association with the "parent" company gives us access to their comprehensive suite of services, including architects and designers, planners, together with legal and fiscal functions.
